The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) is not in favor of the return of Pubg Mobile. NCPCR is a body established for the protection of Child Rights. In a meeting call to discuss the proposal of the relaunch of PUBG Mobile in India, Priyank Kanoongo, the chairperson of The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights of strongly recommends against it until appropriate legislation is in place for such online games. During the meeting, it was also pointed out that the game led to the loss of many lives in the country.

This confirms that the talk is been going on internally in the government in regards to the relaunch of PUBG Mobile.
A few weeks back, PUBG India registered as a private limited company with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
PUBG Corporation's announcement, the Indian version's teasers were released, and a website was set up. There is also a piece of news about a notification sent to the review team of Google Play Store to publish the game as soon as the developers upload it. between, no revelations of the release date have come out from the developers.
