Transfer PUBG Mobile data before December 31

This is very important for the players playing Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). BGMI will soon stop data transfer from PUBG Mobile to BGMI. The game's publisher, Krafton, on Friday announced a data transfer policy for players playing the live map in PUBG Mobile. According to this, data transfers will be stopped after December 31 this year. Earlier, BGMI had also disabled login with the Facebook account from November 5.

On December 2, Krafton announced the closure of data transfer from PUBG Mobile to Battlegrounds Mobile India via a post on the company's website. Krafton has said that for players who used the PUBG Mobile Nordic Map: Livik (the old app) for smoother gameplay, Battlegrounds Mobile India will transfer some of the data for those users from the old app account to the new one.

India had banned PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite in September 2020. The game was relaunched as Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) in July this year. The game allowed players to take their progress and data from PUBG Mobile. People who logged into PUBG Mobile with their Facebook or Twitter accounts were allowed to use the same accounts to transfer data to Battlegrounds Mobile India.

Recently, Battlegrounds Mobile India announced that all logins with Facebook accounts in the embedded browser of Android devices will be disabled from November 5. BGMI had to make this change due to a policy update in the Facebook SDK (Software Development Kit). That is, now players will not be able to log in with the Facebook account running in the embedded browser. Those who have the Facebook app installed on their phones will be able to log in with their Facebook account. In the case of Twitter, web login will continue to work.
